If you’re a leader looking into professional coaching, you probably have an idea of the challenges and the opportunities you are interested in exploring, but may be unsure of how to move forward.

I specialize in coaching executives and mid-level leaders. My coaching is anchored in the breadth of leadership positions that I have held in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Each leadership role has given me a window into the complex decisions facing individuals and organizations.

I have worked with a wide range of leaders, teams, and organizations. Some leaders have known themselves well while others had significant blind spots. Certain teams excelled with clarity of purpose and others lacked trust and undermined themselves. Some organizations managed change thoughtfully and while others stumbled and met strong resistance. There is a good chance that I have experienced first-hand many of the challenges that you may face.

Examples of outcomes my coaching clients experience:

  • Greater capacity to confidently assume a role of increased responsibility
  • Better leadership through skills development
  • Improved professional and personal relationships
  • Increased ability to identify and address “blind spots”
  • Success navigating difficult career or personal transitions
  • A healthier work-life balance

Partnership For Growth And Long-Term Excellence

I approach executive coaching as a partnership. My role is to provide a trusting space for you to step out of your busy world. I listen deeply, ask important questions, and provide guidance and support. I stretch you to lean into areas that are challenging to take on alone and help you find clarity. I hold you accountable to take actions and achieve results that will endure for long-term excellence.

Your role is simply to commit to your own learning and development. The continuity of your engagement builds momentum and creates opportunities for new discoveries. The more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.

Coaching Process:

I am certified as an Integral Coach through New Ventures West. The Integral Coaching method focuses on outcomes to provide a clear sense of direction for the coaching and a standard for assessing the effectiveness of the work. It is a comprehensive approach that helps you move beyond addressing immediate concerns or achieving short-term goals. It invites self-reflection, encourages deeper growth, and builds new competencies that last.

Each coaching program is tailored to meet your individual needs. We meet regularly, and in between sessions you are invited to do customized practices that allow for continuous feedback from me. I also often include a 360° feedback assessment, where I gather information from those you work with and share my findings in a way that you can take action on.

I look forward to supporting your growth. Be in touch.

What lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us. And when we bring what is within us out into the world, miracles happen.
